What this site measures, with which tools, where the data lands, and how to change your choice at any time.
Your choice, right now
Nothing is measured until you accept. The site works entirely without it, no feature is reserved for those who accept.
Your choice is stored in your browser, on your device. It is sent to no server and does not let us identify you.
What is measured, and by whom
Two tools, neither starts before you accept. What matters is where the data lands.
| Tool | Publisher | Where data goes | What is sent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC | European Union then United States | Pages viewed, referrer, device type, estimated country and city. Google truncates the IP address before storing it. |
| In-house measurement | Us | Our hosting, in Switzerland | Page, referrer, time on page, reading depth, estimated country and city via ipapi.co. |
About Google Analytics, said plainly. Google is a US company. Part of the measurement data therefore leaves Switzerland and the European Union and falls under US law, the CLOUD Act included. That is precisely why this tool only starts after your explicit consent, never before.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no retargeting, no Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn pixel.
- No resale, no exchange, no sharing of your data with any third party beyond the tools named above.
- No advertising profile, no attempt to recognise you from one site to another.
- No measurement before your consent, our own tools included.
- No font loaded from a third-party server. Fonts are hosted here, so a mere visit does not reveal your IP address to Google.
Forms and contact
When you write through the contact form, we receive what you type, plus the date. Those messages are used to answer you and to follow the commercial relationship, nothing else. Email delivery goes through our Swiss host.
Legal basis
- Audience measurement: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time on this page.
- Forms: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Site security: our legitimate interest in keeping the service running.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and object to processing. A request is handled within thirty days.
- Email: contact@borja-swiss-solutions.ch
- Phone: +41 79 730 87 16
In Switzerland you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. In the European Union, your national supervisory authority.
Retention
- In-house measurement: 30 days.
- Google Analytics: 14 months, set in the property.
- Messages received through the form: duration of the relationship, then accounting archival.
- Your consent choice: in your browser, until you change it or clear site data.
